Public Health Solutions
Panache and Texas Air Industries’ engineers and physicians joined forces to design an Ozone disinfecting system that could be implemented into any pre-existing and new HVAC systems, creating the ideal solution for buildings in a post COVID-19 world. With a shared responsibility for public health in commercial spaces, our team has designed a system that produces and diffuses this antioxidant quickly and at the right level for each space.
Panache and Texas Air Industries have dutifully ensured that Ozone will reach every surface and crevice within any space and leave no residual gas behind, protecting inhabitants from both pathogens and residual Ozone.
Combating COVID-19
Ozone is a natural antioxidant with a density greater than air, making it an ideal disinfectant for air, surfaces, and water. The third oxygen atom of ozone is extremely reactive and unstable, reacting and killing single and multicellular organisms with low cell specialization, such as bacteria, viruses (including COVID-19), or fungi. By destroying cell capsids and causing DNA damage, Ozone eradicates pathogens in a short timespan due to its short half-life, leaving only oxygen (O2) as a byproduct. Today’s latest research confirms that no microorganism is immune to Ozone’s disinfectant effects.
Austin-based company shows off new COVID-19 disinfecting technology
The Texas Global Health Security Innovation Consortium, organized by the Austin Technology Incubator, made a collaboration of companies possible to conduct a demonstration at a local company.
